After a whiplash in a car accident and then a sports injury, I had pain that started in my neck and shoulder blade and became gradually worse, shooting down my arm to my elbow and then eventually into my fingers.

At its worst stage, my thumb and finger became numb and I nearly walked off the job one day because I was so agitated from pain that I couldn’t sit still. With chiropractic help almost daily for weeks combined with biweekly massage, that pain and numbness subsided and I could focus on my normal activities again.

My various workouts require me to be healthy and pain-free–running, acrobatics, capoeira, and flying trapeze. I rely on the excellent work of Dr. Tuttle and his staff to keep me at my best.
