“Dear Dr. Tuttle,
I wanted to take a minute to express my experience as your patient and gratitude for your contribution to my health.
I first visited you in 2002 after seeing several chiropractors for neck and back pain. You took time to educate me about how the work I did and my posture affected my spine and more importantly the active role I could take in undoing some of the stress put on my body through everyday use.
Being your patient has allowed me to understand and appreciate just how resilient are bodies are, working well without being perfect. I have always had one leg slighter longer than the other, people have tried to compensate for that by having me wear a lift. I know now that the pain from this lift (although small and unnoticeable to anyone) was the pain from trying to have perfect form. I have found that my body functions best with consistent exercise-especially yoga, good sleep, healthy food, regular chiropractic adjustments, lots of laughter and one leg a little longer than the other.
My pregnancy was quite wonderful due to regular chiropractic treatments and my son has always enjoyed his adjustments and I have seen the benefits from the first one at 2 weeks old.
Thank you for your education and chiropractic care, I couldn’t live well without it!”
Many blessings – Sara
